POSTAGE DELAYS/ISSUES - Please read.
Due to the current Covid-19 crisis delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Our postage service, Royal Mail has been suffering in certain areas with staff shortages.
If you have chosen our standard shipping service (2nd Class), we will not be able to track it and will only be able to investigate its whereabouts after 28 days from shipping has passed. It will then be considered 'lost in transit'. At the moment we recommend using the 1st class recorded service for peace of mind. We appreciate this is a frustrating situation. Royal Mail are doing all they can to get items delivered in time. Thanks for your understanding.
If your delivery has not turned up after 28 days have passed from when it was shipped, please get in touch with us and we can investigate with Royal Mail. If you have used our tracked service and there is a problem with the tracking code, please get in touch straight away.
