Please note that our standard delivery options are not tracked, some items may have a reference code from which the delivery status is obtainable, but this will only activate once delivery has been made or attempted.

RETURNS

Returns postage must be paid by the customer.

Products must be unworn and returned in the same condition as you received it, including all marketing material and stickers. You can return any item which doesn't do it for you within 14 days from receiving it. If this is the case, it is extremely important that you email us with the order details, requesting the return. Please use the address: returns@bleubird.com. If you return items without approval via email, your return will be held up significantly.

Please note, unfortunately postage costs cannot be refunded and we can only issue refunds once the products are back with us and approved. We cannot be held responsible if your return goes missing in the post and therefore recommend you use a tracked postage service. 

We currently do not offer exchanges due to logistical reasons in with our distribution centre. If you would like to exchange a product, the easiest thing to do is to return it to us for a refund, and simply order the new product as a new order. 

 

Faulty items

It's pretty rare that our items are faulty or defective. If an item arrives with you which is damaged or defective then please send us an email immediately and we will sort it out with a replacement where possible. Items which have been worn or washed cannot be returned unless the item has developed a fault (colour fading/running issues are not regarded as faults).

Within the UK deliveries under normal circumstances should take no more than 7 days from date of dispatch. *Please note - during the current Covid-19 crisis, delivery times may vary greatly. A required period of 28 days must pass until we can issue a replacement/refund for any items which have gone missing in the post.
