Returns
Online orders cannot be returned to any of our stores or to our warehouse.
All online orders must be returned via post to our UK address in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

You can return any item which doesn't suit within 30 days from receiving it. You must initiate your returns request within this time period.
Return postage must be paid by the customer. You are welcome to use your own carrier to return items to us at your expense, or you can use our Royal Mail returns service (UK only) or Drop2Shop returns service (ROI only).
Our Return postage location is in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK. Original postage costs cannot be refunded.
Products must be unworn and returned in the same condition as you received them, including all marketing material/swing tags attached. Please return the items in a respectable, folded, similar condition to receiving them.
We currently do not offer exchanges due to logistical reasons within our distribution centre. If you would like to exchange a product, the easiest thing to do is to return it to us for a refund, and simply order the new product as a new order. If you have used a discount code for your original order, feel free to get in touch with us and we can provide you with a new discount code for your new order.
For hassle free returns within Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales, we work with Royal Mail Tracked Returns. You can initiate your return through the portal link below.
You will have 2 options with this service:
1 - Collection by Royal Mail from your doorstep, office, or safe-place with no printed label required.
2 - You can drop it off at a Parcel Postbox, Postbox, Locker, ParcelShop (Collect + or Post Office) or Delivery Office. You will receive an email with the return label and QR code if you don’t have a printer at home.
Please allow 10-12 days for your refund to be processed.
You will be charged £3 for this service - it will be deducted from your final refund.

We use drop2shop for easy returns for our customers in Ireland. You can initiate your return through the portal link below.
You will be asked to fill out information regarding your order with us and then you can choose to drop the return off at a convenient location near you - you won't need a label, just bring the confirmation email and QR code with you to the drop off location.
