You’ll own and develop our most important wholesale accounts across the UK and Ireland - driving revenue, improving margin, and building strategic partnerships that accelerate our brand presence in key retailers.
You will be commercially accountable, data-driven, and confident sitting across the table from senior buyers.
What You’ll Do
- Own revenue and growth targets for key UK & Irish wholesale accounts
- Lead seasonal sell-in meetings and commercial negotiations
- Build joint business plans with strategic retail partners
- Use sales data to identify opportunities, risks, and stock requirements
- Work closely with production and operations to improve forecasting accuracy
- Drive in-season trading opportunities and repeat orders
- Represent the brand at trade shows and key industry events
- Travel to prospect for new retail partners
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years wholesale account management experience
- Strong commercial instincts and negotiation ability
- Confident presenting to buyers
- Analytical mindset — comfortable working with sales data
- Willingness to travel across UK & Ireland regularly
- Ambition to grow with a scaling brand
Working Environment
