Matt Creighton

Founder
Matt is the guy who started things back in the Alps in 2016. It's hard to explain what exactly Matt does!
Brand, marketing and ecom falls under his remit, alongside many other things.

Michael Heaslip

CEO
Michael joined Matt in 2020. Old mates became business partners. Michael steers the ship, heading up a lot of the commercial side of things.

Abigail

Head of Product
Abigail joined in 2022. She studied design & fashion and now manages the design and creating of our product.

Erin

Strategic Account Manager
Erin joined 2022. She keeps our wholesale customers stocked up and happy.

Sam

Global Business Development Manager
Sam joined in 2021. He's the road-man. Out in the field, knocking doors, making mates.

Ian

Warehouse Supervisor
Ian joined in 2023. He is non stop shipping out orders and is quite possibly the most positive guy on the Emerald Isle.

Country Manager (France)
Alice joined in 2024. Based in France, she keeps our French customers smiling.

Finance Coordinator
Originally 'The Intern'. Pete does excel stuff - a numbers guy.

Customer Success Coordinator
A customer relationship pro. No issue is too tough for her. Always wearing a smile.

Production Coordinator
Our latest recruit with a load of experience in fashion production and design. Helen works closely with Abigail to give Bleubird product life.

A true adventurer at heart, Arnie is our latest recruit for warehouse operations, helping ship B2B and ecom orders out to our customers around Europe.
