> Returns postage must be paid by the customer. Our Return postage location is in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK. Postage costs will not be refunded.
> Products must be unworn and returned in the same condition as you received them, including all marketing material and any stickers. Please return the items in a respectable, folded, similar condition to receiving them.
> You can return any item which doesn't suit you within 14 days from receiving it. You must initiate your returns request within this time period.
> Unless stated otherwise on the product page, all apparel items are eligible for a return.
> We currently do not offer exchanges due to logistical reasons within our distribution centre. If you would like to exchange a product, the easiest thing to do is to return it to us for a refund, and simply order the new product as a new order. If you have used a discount code for your original order, feel free to get in touch with us and we can provide you with a new discount code for your new order.
