RETURNS INFORMATION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

> Returns postage must be paid by the customer. Our Return postage location is in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK.

> Products must be unworn and returned in the same condition as you received them, including all marketing material and any stickers. Please return the items in a respectable, folded, similar condition to receiving them.

> You can return any item which doesn't suit you within 14 days from receiving it. You must initiate your returns request within this time period.

> Unless stated otherwise on the product page, all apparel items are eligible for a return.

> We currently do not offer exchanges due to logistical reasons within our distribution centre. If you would like to exchange a product, the easiest thing to do is to return it to us for a refund, and simply order the new product as a new order. If you have used a discount code for your original order, feel free to get in touch with us and we can provide you with a new discount code for your new order.

Please fill in the form below to initiate your return. Returns must be requested no more than two weeks after receiving the order. Please do not send any items back to us until you have had a response from us via email. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

MISSING ORDERS

Within the UK deliveries under normal circumstances should take no more than 7 days from date of dispatch. Please note - during the current Covid-19 crisis, delivery times may vary greatly. If you have not received your order after 14 days, please get in touch with us. A required period of 28 days must pass until we can issue a replacement/refund for any items which have gone missing in the post.


FAULTY PRODUCTS

It's pretty rare that our items are faulty or defective. If an item arrives with you which is damaged or defective then please send us an email immediately with photos of the issue and we will sort it out with a replacement where possible. Items which have been worn or washed cannot be returned unless the item has a fault (colour fading/running issues are not regarded as product faults).
