You will be involved in the day to day operations of the business from helping manage international supply lines to co-ordinating deliveries to our local customers in the UK & Ireland. The Role will include:

  • Coordinating Supplier and Customer Shipments;
  • Identifying problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner;
  • Stock Management;
  • Warehouse Management;
  • Raising Purchase Orders with existing suppliers;
  • Processing Customer Orders;
  • Supporting roll outs: working with the team to plan, schedule and execute product rollouts at scale;
  • Raising Customer Invoices.

Essential Criteria:

  • A Problem Solver
  • Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to multi task
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Excel

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience working in an Operations Role
  • Experience of working with Quickbooks Accounting Software
  • Data Analysis and MS Excel skills to use raw data to create performance reports and projections to identify and understand trends, opportunities and forecasting within the Bleubird business.

  • Being the eyes and ears of the business - spotting opportunities, gathering insight, and looking for consumer trends relative to the company’s sector;
  • Proactive brand development and relationship building: independently and proactively outreach to new suppliers and build rapport with existing Bleubird suppliers within our supply chain;
  • Research: independently search for new product opportunities, learn about the supplier, win over the gate keeper and understand the decision-making process for commercial negotiations;
  • Supporting roll outs: working with the team to plan, schedule and execute product rollouts at scale.

Essential Criteria:

  • Be organised and persistent to follow up with suppliers to bring new Bleubird products to market as well as managing our marketing campaigns with good forward planning.
  • Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to multi task.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Be a confident communicator and team player. Essential for project managing NPD and product roll outs.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in the fashion or outdoor industry in an NPD or purchasing role.
  • Data Analysis and MS Excel skills to use raw data to create performance reports and projections to identify and understand trends, opportunities and forecasting within the Bleubird business.
