Can I change my order?

If you want to change an item on your order, you will need to email us as soon as possible with all the details. We will do our best to get it sorted out for you, however, we can't guarantee any changes to your order, as our order fulfilment happens quite soon after the order is placed.

How can I track my order?

If you have paid for a tracked delivery service, the tracking details should be available to you in the shipping email which is sent out once your order leaves our warehouse.

My order hasn't arrived yet?

If your order has not arrived 2 weeks after the shipping date, please get in touch with us and we can investigate it.
