RETURNS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*Important: Online orders cannot be returned in any of our stores or at our warehouse. All online orders must be returned via post to our UK address in Belfast, Northern Ireland*

You can return any item which doesn't suit you within 30 days from receiving it. You must initiate your returns request within this time period.

Return postage must be paid by the customer.

Our Return postage location is in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK. Original postage costs cannot be refunded.

Products must be unworn and returned in the same condition as you received them, including all marketing material/swing tags attached. Please return the items in a respectable, folded, similar condition to receiving them.

We currently do not offer exchanges due to logistical reasons within our distribution centre. If you would like to exchange a product, the easiest thing to do is to return it to us for a refund, and simply order the new product as a new order. If you have used a discount code for your original order, feel free to get in touch with us and we can provide you with a new discount code for your new order.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

It's pretty rare that our items are faulty or defective.

If an item arrives with you which is damaged or defective, firstly, apologies. Please send us an email immediately with a brief description and some photos of the issue and we will resolve things as quickly as possible.

There is a size chart/description on each product page which goes into as much detail on the size of that particular product as possible.

ADRIFT COLLECTION CARE

The Adrift Collection is manufactured in a specific way to create the 'washed-out' unique style which makes it so popular. Each garment is dyed and so this means the colour can run easier than other garments would.

Please be careful, especially with the crimson/red products. All the products need to be washed in a cold wash, ideally with similar colours, or darker colours. The first few washes will loose colour in the garments, so please take great care not to ruin other items in the wash.

If you are wearing a light garment underneath any products (particularly crimson), the colour can rub off some items and onto the garment underneath/your skin. To avoid this, we recommend washing your product before use, or not to wear it during exercise.

If you scrub the products in order to remove any stains you may have got on the garments, then please be careful not to scrub the actual colour out of the garment and leave a lighter patch than the rest of the garment.

Over the course of the Adrift products lifetime, the colour will fade. This is normal and we believe it adds character to the item.

GENERAL PRODUCT CARE

In order to protect the planet and your new products, we always recommend washing on a cold wash and hang drying.

Each garment has specific care instructions on the internal label.
